Refund Policy

At GPL Mods, we want you to be completely satisfied with your GPL Mods+ Premium Membership. We offer a transparent, tiered refund policy based on the length of time since your purchase and the type of membership you selected.

1. Monthly Membership

For our monthly subscription plan, the following refund schedule applies from the exact time and date of your initial transaction:

  • Within 7 Days (100% Refund): If you request a refund within the first 7 days (168 hours) of your purchase, you are eligible for a full, 100% refund to your original payment method. No questions asked.
  • After 7 Days (No Refund): Once 7 days (168 hours) have passed since your transaction, your purchase becomes strictly non-refundable for the remainder of the billing cycle as you have passed approximately 1/4 of the membership duration.

2. Subscription Memberships (6-Month, Yearly)

For our long-term subscription plans, the following refund schedule applies from the exact time and date of your initial transaction:

  • Within 7 Days (100% Refund): If you request a refund within the first 7 days (168 hours) of your purchase, you are eligible for a full, 100% refund to your original payment method. No questions asked.
  • Days 8 through 14 (80% Refund): If you request a refund between day 8 and day 14 of your subscription, you are eligible for an 80% refund of the purchase price.
  • After 14 Days (No Refund): Once 14 days (336 hours) have passed since your transaction, your purchase becomes strictly non-refundable for the remainder of the billing cycle.

3. Lifetime Membership

Due to the nature of a permanent, lifetime unlock, our refund policy for the Lifetime Membership differs slightly:

  • Within 7 Days (100% Refund): You are eligible for a full, 100% refund if requested within the first 7 days of purchase.
  • After 7 Days (90% Refund): If you request a refund at any point after the initial 7-day period, you will receive a 90% refund of the purchase price. The remaining 10% covers non-recoverable payment processing and administrative fees.

4. Re-Subscription Cooldown

To prevent abuse of our refund and premium systems, a "cooldown" period is enforced following any successful refund.

Cooldown Rule: Once a refund has been processed and your account is downgraded, you will not be permitted to purchase a new GPL Mods+ Membership until exactly 3 days (72 hours) have passed from the time the refund was issued.

5. Mods Distributor Partnership

Payments associated with the Mods Distributor Partnership are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

This is a one-time payment that provides lifetime access to a business collaboration with our platform. Because this tier grants immediate access to publish and manage your content on our website and allows you to monetize your traffic using external services (such as Linkvertise or other paid-to-download platforms), the transaction is final upon approval.

6. Donations & Daily Safety Limits

Voluntary donations made through our /donate page are highly appreciated, as they keep our servers running. However, because they are voluntary contributions made directly by you to support the platform, all donations are strictly non-refundable.

Community Protection Limit: To protect our users—especially minors, the elderly, and those with visual impairments—from accidental keystrokes or entering an excessively high amount, we enforce a strict donation cooldown and limit. Users are limited to a maximum donation of ₹5,000 per day. This safety measure ensures no one accidentally makes a large, non-refundable transaction by mistake.

7. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, you must be logged into your account.

  1. Navigate to the Support Tickets page.
  2. Select "Billing / Premium Membership" as the category.
  3. Include the word "Refund" in your subject line.
  4. Submit the ticket. Our team will review the timestamp of your request against your purchase date and process the applicable refund amount.

Please allow up to 5-10 business days for the funds to appear back on your original payment method after we have confirmed the refund.
